Are Cellphones the Justified Cause of Fuel Stations Fires?

Technology Tagmyride BMWi8 Automotive

While studies by Wireless Devices Industry indicates hints about the existence of theoretical evidence of such devices sourcing an electrical spark: There is no evidence of a cellphone resulting a fire when operated by motorists around flammable materials such as gas.

Scientific testing hasn't shown any link between Wireless phones and Flammable vapors

"As for cell phones and other modern gadgets, their risk of creating a hazardous spark is virtually none. They use very little electricity, hardly more than your digital watch. The service station would be on sounder legal ground if they provided ground wires (no pun intended) or some sort of way to ground vehicles" says Otteray Scribe

Discover 10 invaluable things MONEY can never buy

Even if you have millions of dollars stuffed in your Local Bank, there are some things that you'll never have with money alone. You earn big money online from home but So what can't money buy??! :

12 Tips on How to work smarter not Harder

Imaginably, like me, you say that you never have enough time and that you just can't cope with million dozen things all at once. How on earth do you get out of that spiral? Many people never sit down and look at how to work smarter, rather than harder and even longer hours. Here are 12 tips you should be following:

    1. Look after your greatest resource

No, your greatest resource is not time. It is YOU. If you do not get enough sleep, exercise and relaxation, you find that you become less and less productive. You begin to work longer and longer hours, which is the exact opposite of what you want.
What you should be doing is making sure you are in the best shape. It is useful to remember that you need a break of 15 minutes after every one and a half hours of work. Taking breaks and getting fresh air and exercise is one of the best ways of working smarter, not harder.

    2 .Use a “to don’t” list

    3. Expect failure and fight paranoia

When failure rears its ugly head, some people get a bit paranoid and fear that this may become a trend. Projects will go wrong and failure should be expected rather than feared. Learning lessons from failure and analyzing what went wrong is the best way forward.

“Do not be embarrassed by your failures, learn from them and start again.” -Richard Branson

    4. Improve your time management skills

Easier said than done? Well, no actually, because there are a few simple rules that can really help you to manage time better. For example, when setting up a top priority task, you need to switch off the phone and ignore your email first. Then you need to abandon any ideas of multitasking as that will slow you down and ruin your focus. Finally, set a reasonable deadline and do everything in your power to meet it.

“When you’re born, you’re born with 30,000 days. That’s it. The best strategic planning I can give to you is to think about that.”

    -Sir Ray Avery

    5. Learn how to use MACROS

It is well worth downloading this program because when you have to do a long series of boring repetitive tasks (especially with programs like Excel), a MACRO will do it with one click. Now that is really a great way of working smarter, not harder.

    6. Use the phone more often

Instead of writing emails, it is often much better to pick up the phone and talk to the person responsible. It saves time. If that colleague works in the same office, it is even better to go and talk to him or her. It gives you a break, you get some exercise and you actually make human contact which is becoming quite rare in this electronic world.

    7. Keep a tab on your tabs

If you are like me, you might well find that you have a ton of tabs open at the top of your browser. In order to find the one you want, you have to search for them as they are off screen. Having all these tabs open slows down your browser too. One solution is to use One Tab which can keep a neat list on the screen of all these tabs when you want to quickly get to one of them or you want to remind yourself which ones you have open.

    8. Speed up your typing and use shortcuts

These days we’re all keyboard slaves. So, why not speed up your typing and try to get rid of the two finger syndrome. This is exactly what I am doing now, so I cannot honestly say I am practicing what I preach! But help is at hand. One of the best sites is Typing.com, which gets you going with free tutorials.
Using shortcuts on the keyboard is another time saver and can speed up your work. For example, press F2 to rename a selected file, while CTRL + Iwill put selected text in italics. There are so many of these; if you make the effort to learn them, they really can be helpful.

    9. Be concise

Rambling on at meetings, in emails and even when introducing yourself to new clients can waste a lot of people’s time. One way is to practice and sharpen your “elevator speech,” which tells people in 30 seconds or less why they need your skills and how they can benefit from doing business with you. Just think of the many situations where this could be useful:

    · Making new contacts

    · Talking about yourself at a job interview

    · Meeting people at conferences or parties

    · Phone calls to new clients

    10. Ask the right questions

“You can tell whether a man is clever by his answers. You can tell whether a man is wise by his questions.” -Naguib Mahfouz
How do you get feedback? The secret is to ask the right questions at the right time. When you do this, you are gathering the information you need to help in decision making. This will save you time and you will be able to cut meetings to a minimum.
Forbes magazine reports on research that they carried out on asking the right questions. When that happens, the positive effects are increased by 400%.
“If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on it, I would use the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask, for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.” -Albert Einstein

    11. Learn as much as you can

You should always be on a steep learning curve. Look at your skills profile and determine where you need to fill a gap. Talk to important connections and network in your niche. Keep up to date on trends and developments. It is a fact-changing world. When an opportunity arises, you will be the best equipped to seize it because you have never stopped learning. Just another way of working smarter.
“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” -Mahatma Gandhi

    12. Don’t fall into the trap of working smarter and harder

As a society we are obsessed with doing everything smarter so we are more efficient and we save time all around. Great! The most important thing to remember is to accept when we are ready to switch off that computer and not fill up the time with even more work.

What Happens to Your Facebook Profile When You Die?

Have you ever imagined what happens to the thousands of SocialMedia accounts left in solitude by the deceased persons each minute?Globally?

What Happens to Your Facebook Profile When You Die?
What Happens to Your Facebook Profile When You Die?
Facebook actually has a FAQ segment customized to these three options which essentially helps manage the deceased account i.e

    1.Memorializing the account;

Involves converting it into a page where people can leave comments as a way of celebrating your life, much like a Facebook Fan Page.

    2.Requesting to delete the account;

All information and data will be completely expelled off Facebook. Only photos tagged to the Account by others remain.

    3.Downloading the contents of the account, and  having it deleted;
This process involves Facebook's verification of one of the deceased associate who should perform :

    (a)Memorializing ;

This involves identification of the outlined Will or a Digital executor who then takes over the management of the saved emails ,Flickr photos and albums.(A digital executor takes over full management of the deceased Facebook account)
    •  The Accounts timeline will no longer appear in suggestions on other Facebook users' Timelines for Friend requests.
    • The Family members can family can leave posts on the profile in remembrance.
    • Facebook doesn't share the deceased' login information with anyone even after Memorializing the Account. This ensures perfect privacy for the Account
    • Facebook only receives the request for account memorializing ,processes it and notifies the request via email
(b)Facebook takes it as special requests when verified relatives  apply for deletion of the Account (All pictures and posts resulting from the Account are deleted).
Any requests to delete the profile will not be processed if Facebook is unable to satisfactorily verify their relationship to the deceased.
    • Facebook accepts the deceased persons' official documentations in case the requestor can not be verified as a relative(death certificate, birth or proof of Authority outlining one as the next of kin or the Deceased person's close associate.

    4."If I Die" application

This is one modest way of managing one's account in case of unprecedented demise. The application allows for auto play of a customized text or video message in event of death of the Facebook user.

    • This application allows other application users to send private and public message as show of solidarity and to  grieve with the family members.
This application has a dedicated You tube channel that schedules the deceased Person's pass out message.
*In so doing,Facebook maximizes the security and privacy of the deceased person's account. No one has access to Login details!!

A must Read for all Christians and Religious leaders- Christian feasts

Has the enemy cleverly erased from the minds of man part of God’s restoration plan??. ..In the attempt to make humanity rebel against the Father’s will ;a very important command has been ignored and all but forgotten. I speak of God’s feasts.

You see , they are not just to be celebrated, but personally experienced, for in them His knowledge has been hidden as a well concealed and protected treasure. Of course the enemy has led the majority of mankind as far from them as possible giving them holidays in their place. Holidays that are absolutely the direct opposite of truth. Even for those that have managed to hang onto the feasts, they are so downplayed they are little more than lukewarm rituals.
the feasts remain available to God’s people
The feasts remain available to God’s people

Each year however, for those that hunger for Truth, the feasts remain available to God’s people. The feasts are truly to be looked forward to. Each year another very important part of God’s plan for restoration is on the menu to help humanity regain its state of perfection. Besides, to attend it is the Father’s desire for His children.

    God said in Leviticus 23:2,

“Speak to the children of Israel (remember, that’s us), and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations (or designated meetings with God), these are My feasts (not Christmas, not Halloween, Easter or any other holiday celebrated by the world, just His holy convocations, His feasts).

    ******************************************************
    He was betrayed took bread
    He was betrayed took bread

    I Corinthians 11:23-30 explains communion,

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes (testifying how He bought our redemption with the sacrifice of Himself, fulfilling Jubilee requirements for giving us back to Father and returning to us all Eve gave up to Satan).

Now here is where I want us to pay close attention:

Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner (as a member of the altered race, poor and lacking God’s knowledge, therefore still owned by him) will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord (God’s law).

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup (to his regeneration or …).

For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep (or die). Apparently every one will help counter Satan by observing our God's restoration agenda which is by the rare feasts he makes for us.

These are the Best Love Relationships ever

      Love problems & Relationship problems

You must be initiated through serious relationships before meeting your fiance.Apparently ,all along imagining you are an adult; Meeting someone you have a serious connection with teaches you that nothing you had experienced before was real. True love feels different than casual relationships – even if those relationships lasted for years (often well past their expiration date!). When you’re in a good relationship, you learn things. You act differently; you think as part of a team, not as an individual making your way through the world. You’ll be more understanding and accepting of your partner, instead of just getting frustrated with them like you may have with past relationships.

    1. Misunderstandings are inevitable.
Misunderstandings are going to happen. If you take your partner’s words one way, then learn they meant something totally different, don’t punish them. Let it go. Bringing it up all the time is only going to bruise the relationship and cause communication problems later. Sometimes what you say or do will be taken the wrong way, and you’ll get frustrated that your partner doesn’t understand. Take a step back and realize it’s not a big deal. Misunderstandings are made to be swept under the rug because they’re so minor.

They only become problems if you let them grow bigger and mean more in the scope of your relationship. Be laid back and forgive misunderstandings.

    2. Learn to trust them.

You have to trust your partner. Why would you share your life with someone when you think they’re doing something wrong every time you turn your back? If you don’t trust your partner to be faithful, honest, caring, or anything else, then you’re not in a good relationship. The best relationships begin with a deep trust, and even if problems come up (and they will!), the trust is strong enough to keep you together.

    3. Let yourselves miss each other.

You’re in love, so you want to be together all the time! It’s so fun to cuddle all night and be together all day, but when will you have time to experience different things? When you go to separate workplaces or schools, you experience things that will give you something to talk about later.

When you go out with your friends and your partner spends time with theirs, you have time and space to yourself and come back to each other refreshed. You have a chance to miss each other, and it helps you really understand the value of your relationship. Missing someone is great because getting to see them after that period will make you so happy and so sure of your relationship.

    4. Encourage growth and change.

In a good relationship, both partners are encouraged to grow and change. You have one life to live – you should explore it to the fullest! If you want to quit your job and go back to school, your partner should support you. If you want to try something new or go back to something old, you should find support in your relationship. And you should give this support in return. Encourage your partner to explore hobbies and interests and meet new people. If you want your partner to stay the same, you’re going to have a very boring life together.

    5. Compromising doesn’t mean you’re weak.

Compromising doesn’t mean “giving in.” It doesn’t mean that you've lost the fight. In fact, it’s the opposite. Do you know how hard it is to compromise sometimes? You want your way because it sounds right and makes sense to you. Your partner is way off base with their suggestions. Take a step back and look at the argument diplomatically. What’s the logical conclusion? If your partner is right, don’t be afraid to say soAccept their way, or modify both of your solutions to be half and half. The important thing is not getting your way, it’s staying in your relationship and helping it grow. Compromising will definitely help your relationship grow.

    6. Admit your weaknesses.

Your partner doesn’t expect you to be a superhero, and hopefully you don’t expect that of them! We’re all human; we all have flaws. It’s okay to let these show. In fact, to have a stable, serious relationship, you need to let your weaknesses be known. Your partner will be more sensitive to things that bother you, and can help build you up in areas where you need some help.

    7. Sometimes you can only accept things, not fix them.
People have baggage. You have some. Your partner has some. Can you go back and erase all of this? Nope! You’re stuck with it, and have to learn to deal with it. Some things are easier to get over than others, but the reality is that sometimes, you can’t fix things. You can’t make problems go away. You have to accept them and get over them and move on, or else your relationship will crumble.

    8. Forgive quickly and truly.

Whenever you have a fight, don’t worry about who wins or who loses. Learn from the fight – from what was said as much as from how it was resolved. Once you learn from a fight, you can apply that lesson to your relationship to avoid trouble later. That’s all well and good, but you’re not done! Forgive your partner! Forgive yourself. The fight is over, you’re past it, now let it go. Never hold anything against your partner because the resentment will build until you don’t want to be with them.

    9. Never expect anything.

Don’t expect your partner to read your mind, or to bring you breakfast in bed, or to offer to wash the dishes. It’s not going to happen. You can’t expect anything from anyone – you have to make it known. Communicate. Make sure your partner knows what you expect from the relationship, as well as your opinions on a wide variety of issues. This will help them act considerate towards you, but still – don’t expect anything!

    10. Show your feelings.

The worst thing you can do in a relationship is play games. Don’t tease your partner; don’t “reward” good deeds with love and affection. You have to make sure your partner always feels loved. You can be happy with them or be mad at them – it doesn’t matter – they just need to feel loved. They need to know your feelings in the moment as well, don’t get me wrong. But make sure you’re showing your feelings in a way that they won’t be misunderstood.
